JSCB "Universal bank" has been registered by the National Agency for Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a participant in the "Regulatory Sandbox" special legal regime in the field of the capital market.

Within this framework, JSCB "Universal bank" plans to issue bonds denominated in foreign currency. "Birinchi Banklararo Depozitariy" LLC, which is also a registered participant in the special legal regime, will act as the investment intermediary during the issuance and placement of the bonds.

Participation in the "Regulatory Sandbox" unlocks opportunities for the practical application of new financial instruments and the development of modern mechanisms for raising capital in the market.
