Representatives of JSCB "Universal bank" successfully completed an international training program on Islamic banking held in Malaysia from 29 June to 20 July as part of the project for the development of Islamic finance in Uzbekistan.

During the program, the Bank’s specialists received training from experts at Maybank Islamic Berhad, gaining valuable knowledge of international best practices in Islamic banking. The program covered the establishment and management of Islamic banking windows, Shariah governance, risk management, the development of Islamic finance products, and the organization of efficient operational processes in line with international standards.

Participation in the international training program enabled the specialists of JSCB "Universal bank" to gain valuable practical experience, learn from the advanced approaches of leading Islamic financial institutions, and further strengthen their professional expertise in this field.
