Changes to Electronic Payment Tariffs at JSCB "Universalbank"
The Board of JSCB "Universalbank" announces:
According to agreements between the "Main Informatization Center" and the bank, the cost of interbank electronic payments through the Central Bank's Settlement Center in 2020 was set at 200 soums, and the cost of electronic payments in the instant payment system from October 1, 2020 (from its launch) was set at 200 soums during operational hours and 300 soums at other times.
Considering the increase in operational costs in recent years (salaries, use of the bank's telecommunications network, data center operation), an addendum to the contracts has been concluded. Effective January 1, 2026, the price for transferring one electronic payment document through the Central Bank's Settlement Center will be 0.12 percent of the base calculation value established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (412,000*0.12%=494.40 soums). The price for electronic payments in the instant payment system will be 0.12 percent of the base calculation value (412,000*0.12%=494.40 soums) during operational hours, and 0.17 percent of the base calculation value (412,000*0.17%=700.40 soums) at other times.
In light of the above, from January 1, 2026, the cost of transferring one electronic payment document for JSCB "Universal bank" clients (1.5 times higher than the costs of the "Main Informatization Center" as per clause 2.07 of Appendix 1 to the Bank's tariff plan approved by the Bank's Board decision No. 80 dated May 2, 2025) is set as follows:
1. Transfer of one electronic payment document through the Central Bank's Settlement Center - 494.4*1.5=741.60 soums.
2. Cost of electronic payments in the instant payment system during operational hours - 494.4*1.5=741.60 soums.
3. Cost of electronic payments in the instant payment system at other times - 700.4*1.5=1050.60 soums.
