To enhance employees' professional competencies, develop teamwork, and strengthen corporate culture, JSCB "Universal bank" organized a field seminar in Baku from September 12 to 17, 2026, in collaboration with the "ALPHA SOLUTIONS" Non-Governmental Educational Institution and "CAT UNICOM" LLC.

Within the framework of the seminar, a rich program was organized for bank employees aimed at developing managerial and professional skills, improving teamwork, effective interaction between colleagues, and forming a unified approach to achieving common goals.
