Loan purpose: for repair and reconstruction of housing.

Loan conditions:

• the house to be repaired at the expense of the loan must be owned by the borrower himself;

• to repair and reconstruct housing, the borrower must sign an agreement with a construction organisation or an organisation that sells construction materials.

For employees of budgetary organisations that have a current account with JSCB Universalbank, the interest rate is 30%.

Loan security:

• for loans not more than UZS 50 million, at least 125 per cent of the loan amount, a third party guarantee/insurance policy that corresponds to the bank's requirements,

• for loans over UZS 50 million, security of property corresponding to the bank's requirements in the amount of not less than 125% of the loan amount.
