Loan amount — up to UZS 300,000,000 (three hundred million).

Loan purpose — home renovation and reconstruction.

Loan term — up to 120 months, with no grace period.

Interest rate — 24% per annum.
The interest rate may be changed by a resolution of the Bank’s Management Board.

Borrower eligibility:
Individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan and have an official monthly salary income, or who are self-employed.

Loan disbursement:
The loan is disbursed by transferring funds to the bank account of a construction company or a building materials supplier under an agreement concluded with that company or supplier.

Required documents:

• The borrower’s identity document (passport, ID card, residence permit, etc.);
• A copy of the cadastral document for the property being renovated;
• A construction contract with a construction company or an agreement with a building materials supplier;
• Collateral documentation, where collateral is provided.

Collateral:
The property being renovated or other marketable property that meets the Bank’s requirements is accepted as collateral, with a value of at least 125% of the loan amount. For loans granted to parties related to the Bank, collateral valued at 130% of the loan amount is accepted.

Loan repayment:
The loan principal and accrued interest are repaid in annuity or differentiated instalments in accordance with the terms and conditions of the loan agreement.

Additional conditions:
Borrowers with official income must have been continuously employed at their most recent workplace for at least 6 (six) months at the time of applying for the loan.

50% of the borrower’s average monthly net income must be sufficient to cover the highest monthly payment on the consumer loan and the average monthly payments on existing loans and borrowings.
